I'd like to hear at least one thing you are doing now with technology in your classroom that you never did before. For example, I use my laptop, data projector and CPS and Examview to assess my students.
I have been using the laptop and projector for united streaming and learn 360. I have also had the cow in my classrom and used my technology to walk the kids through into getting onto various websites in math and science. It has been fantastic.
I am using my laptop in the classroom for everything I do personnally. It sure beats the old school computer. I am also writng tests and common assessments on examview, using examview and CPS to give tests, and using the united streaming for teaching Social Studies. I am really excited about everything I am able to do this year. I am not even afraid anymore!!
I use my equipment on a daily basis! At this point, I'm not sure what I would do without it! ExamView was the first program I learned how to use. Writing the first social studies common assessment was a learning experience, but now I feel pretty confident writing assessments and using the reports. My latest experience was learning how to use Learn 360. (Thank you, Dawn!) What a terrific resource! My next goal is to learn more about CPS!
I have been using my laptop and data projector for guided reading. I post questions and assignments on a power point. I also have been using learn 360 for teaching sun, moon, and earth. I'm with Renee, I'm not sure I could do this job without it anymore. Marc

Oops! I use the laptop daily. I've been using the printer for scanning and picture developing. I have been sharing lots of websites with the students in teaching,esp. in the area of science.
I have used my laptop a tremendous amount for my own convenience on schoolwork as well as with the CPS system. We also watched a movie using the projection system. What a nice big screen!!!

I used my camera to take a picture of a student. However, I'm not sure how to print it out. That is my next goal.

I'm finally getting used to examview & cps. I can hardly wait to become proficient with it be be able to use it more often.

Using my laptop is a big thing for me. I also have tried using the data projector and Learn 360.
